How many opportunities are you leaving on the table? We'll bet more than you think.
Think missed customer requests, lost market signals, and disconnected data that could power your teams and business forward. Let's uncover the opportunities in your business, put a number on what they're worth, and rank what to fix first. You get a plan and a roadmap to value in weeks.

How we work with you
Assess. Design. Futureproof.
Three stages. Each one ends with goals accomplished, and a roadmap to keep your business growing.
1
Assess
We find where your business loses money, customers, and time, and we put a number on it.
Leadership workshop. A guided session with your leadership team on what's slow, what's manual, and what it costs.
Discovery. A 90-minute deep dive, then a ranked map: what each gap costs you, what to fix first, and what to leave alone.
A roadmap you can actually use.

2
Design
We optimize your stack with integrations, lightweight builds and a focus on the tools you already run, all while working closely with your people to ensure change is possible. Working together looks like:
A weekly rhythm. One executive team meeting and two hours of working calls, every week.
Integrations. Your systems talking to each other like never before, so information stops being copied by hand.
Solution builds. The workflows, automations, and systems that unlock your people, customers, and data.
Solutions built and running with your team.

On the Horizon. Polk gives your executive team regular reports on advances in your industry and markets: AI, business intelligence, and growth strategies tailored to you.

What Design builds
Your company's knowledge reimagined.
01The Company Brain
Everything your business does, standardized, in one place.
Your business spent years documenting how you work, how you sell, and how you fulfill. Polk connects those systems into one company brain, keeps it current, and puts it to work for your people and your agents. That takes sales, fulfillment, customer service, and operations working from the same picture.

Open standards and portable code. Leave, pivot, or grow without friction.
Questions we get.
How quickly will we see a return?
Discovery puts a dollar figure on every problem we find before we build anything. Design starts with the fix that pays back fastest. The first result lands inside the first month. After that, we review the real number against the map with you at regular check-ins.
Do we have to replace the software we already use?
No. We build inside the tools you already run: Google Workspace, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Slack, whatever your week depends on. We do recommend changes, based on our experience and on what your company needs to become more agentic. When a tool should go, we put it in the map with what replacing it would cost. You make the call.
Will our team actually use what you build?
They use it when it removes work they were already tired of doing. Discovery starts with the people who do the work, and a person approves what each system produces. Futureproof trains your team to run it and change it. You decide what gets automated and what stays human.
What if it doesn’t save what you predicted?
Discovery stands on its own, and the map is yours whether or not you go on. During Design, we keep comparing the real number to the map. If a build misses, we say so first, then fix it or move to the next fix on the map. Every stage ends with something you keep, and you decide whether to continue.
Is our company data safe with AI?
Your data stays in your accounts. We build inside the tools you already run, under your logins, and we never take your data with us. You decide what each system can see.
Who will we actually be working with?
Kevin and Eric lead every engagement. Anyone else who joins has done this work beside us.
Ready for AI that actually works for you?
Set up a working session. Bring your questions and problems. Together, we've got this.
A first result inside the month asks something of you too: an executive who shows up, access to the materials and the data, and two working sessions a week. If that is you, we should talk.
